Morgan Fairchild is an American actor from the United States. She was born Patsy McClenny on the 3rd of February 50, 1950. Through the 80s, she gained a cult following for her appearances on various TV series. She was known as a glamorous character. Fairchild began her acting career from 1973-1977 in CBS' Search for Tomorrow show, a daytime soap that starred Jennifer Pace. In 1978 she appeared in the soap opera of the same name Dallas for the first time as the actress in history to play Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC series Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). Fairchild was on ABC's short primetime soap Paper Dolls and also in Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild is also a performer in the theatre, and has appeared in TV comedies such as Murphy Brown, for which she was awarded a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in Comedy Series. She also serves as a SAG-AFTRA Board Member.
