Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson, an American model and actress, has retired as an actor. Elson began her career on TV as a child model as well as actress. Her most well-known character is Alice Tyler, portrayed by Elson in CBS the science-fiction series. Andrea tried out for, and won the role of Lynn Tanner of the ALF successful series (1986). After many years of appearing in hit TV shows her departure from the business to start a family. Andrea Elson's role as Lynn Tanner, Willie and Kate Tanner's teen daughter was not easy for her. In the 2000 retrospective of People Elson said developing as an actress in the midst of the sitcom-viewing audience was a challenge. The green-eyed New York City native grew as a traveler because of the job in advertising that her father was employed in. Before she was ten years old, she was living in New York Chicago San Diego as well as Los Angeles. Andrea found an agent in San Diego and won her audition for her first part. Fusco was in favor of the idea explaining, "ALF can drink beer due to the fact that he's over 285." NBC warned Fusco to stop ALF from drinking alcohol in front of kids because it's unwise. Fusco believes that ALF did not have the maturity required to drive drunk, wasn't right. In 1995, he was diagnosed to have cancerous lymphoma. It was removed successfully, and he remained in full recovery for the remainder of his life. He died from the disease on the 26th of June, 2019 in the year 75 in the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood New Jersey.
