Lowe was the director of an hour of ESPN UK programming in March 2012, when Bolton's Fabrice Moamba was taken to cardiac arrest in the FA Cup Quarter Final. The evening after the game, she had an appearance on every UK news outlet. In May 2012, Lowe was the first female in UK tradition to present the FA Cup Final - a live stream lasting six hours starting from Wembley Stadium. Before joining ESPN UK Lowe was a presenter and reporter for Setanta Sports (2007-2009) where she presented their pioneering broadcast of the Football Conference. She was co-host of Football Matters setanta's Premier League Studio Program.
